Warranty & Support
We have complete faith in our gaming PCs!
So we provide you with a 6 year warranty. Our warranty is split into two halves, the first 3 years cover the hardware and labour. Then the next 3 years cover labour.
The hardware warranty covers the physical component inside the PC if it fails. So if a component fails due to a manufactuer defect we will replace it free of charge. Accidental damage or damaged caused by cleaning, upgrading or changing components is not covered.
Our labour warranty ensures that if any of your PC’s components fail outside their manufacturer warranty but within 6 years of purchase, we will replace the faulty component without any labour charges. You will only be responsible for covering the cost of the replacement component itself.
We prioritize the selection of our parts, opting exclusively for renowned brands that consistently meet our high standards. We firmly stand behind the quality of our gaming PCs, and so do the manufacturers.

Remote support
At the core of our business lies the commitment to providing exceptional support. That’s why all of our gaming PCs come with complimentary lifetime email, chat, and phone support for any concerns, along with one month of free remote support.
Rest assured, our remote support is not just a gimmick designed to meet the bare minimum requirements. We go above and beyond to address any problems with your PC that can be resolved remotely. While there are some limitations and exclusions, we are more than willing to assist with software issues, driver complications, game-related problems such as startup failures, update glitches, and more.
Even after the initial 30-day period, we remain dedicated to helping you resolve any PC issues. However, depending on the nature of the problem, there may be a charge for remote support.
